About the role
Sutherland Egypt is seeking English‑speaking Customer Service Representatives to join its BPO operations in Cairo or Alexandria. The role involves delivering high‑quality customer and technical support to clients using AI‑enabled tools and cloud technologies.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Graduate or dropout (no gap years)
- Valid military service certificate
- Ability to submit all required documents within 30 days
- Criminal record clearance within 5 days
