About the role
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. As a Customer Service Representative you will turn customers into passionate evangelists by delivering exceptional support across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable answers about product, pricing and availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
- Perform data entry in various platforms.
Required profile
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
