About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to join a reputable company. The role involves providing professional phone‑based support and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem solving.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, ensuring professionalism and efficiency.
- Utilize ticketing and billing systems to log, track, and resolve customer issues.
- Negotiate solutions and communicate resolutions clearly to customers.
- Maintain attention to detail while multitasking across multiple cases.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or phone‑based customer service environment.
- Hands‑on experience with ticketing and billing systems.
