About the role

Sutherland is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join its team at the Smouha Site (Matajer Mall) in Alexandria. The role involves interacting with customers through multiple channels and delivering a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Resolve customer issues proactively and creatively.
• Provide accurate information on product features, pricing and availability.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
• Enter data into various platforms as required.

Required profile

• No prior experience required.
• English proficiency at B2‑C1 level.
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize workload.
