About the role
Tamara is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support its UAE customers. Based in our Cairo office, you will handle inbound inquiries via phone, email and live chat, delivering accurate information and tailored solutions that reflect Tamara’s customer‑centric ethos.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls, emails and live‑chat messages promptly and professionally.
- Identify customer questions, concerns and needs, providing clear and accurate answers.
- Review customer accounts and transaction histories to resolve issues.
- Explain Tamara’s services in detail and guide users through processes.
- Meet support metrics and adhere to communication scripts for various topics.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in the local market.
- Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English (B2 level).
- University degree.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computers.
- Experience using internet applications.
