About the role

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing customers to promote course renewals and increase conversion rates.
• Understand customer needs and recommend personalized learning solutions.
• Provide high‑quality support, handling inquiries professionally.
• Monitor student progress, analyze data, and use insights to improve outcomes and drive renewals.
• Build strong relationships to enhance satisfaction, encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
