Customer Success Manager (CSM) – Middle East & Africa

About the role

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will be the primary point of contact for AVEVA’s enterprise customers in the Middle East & Africa region. You will help customers realise faster value, stronger adoption and better business outcomes from AVEVA’s industrial software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Onboarding – build relationships, educate customers on AVEVA resources, set expectations, identify business goals and accelerate deployment readiness.
• Deployment – collaborate with Delivery Services or partners to define architecture, prioritize rollout, recommend services, manage the services budget and coordinate quotes.
• Adoption – understand customer operations, create success plans, deliver workshops and drive adoption of strategic AVEVA software such as cloud solutions.
• Expansion – identify new business opportunities, work with sales to generate revenue and deepen the partnership.
• Voice of the customer – relay feedback internally to improve products and services.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience in a customer success, account management or similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
