Customer Success Manager

About the role

Bright Creations, the delivery arm of DAZU, is looking for a Customer Success Manager to guide clients through onboarding, training, adoption and long‑term value realization of its fintech and proptech solutions. You will act as the primary liaison for CEOs, CFOs and operational teams, ensuring smooth implementation and high satisfaction across the DAZU ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation for new clients using DAZU and Bright Creations products such as DAZU Realty, Connect, Wealth, Business, AI, DPN and CaseTrack.
• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops and continuous enablement for both operational and management users.
• Monitor product usage, identify adoption gaps and proactively drive engagement.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, managing communications and expectations.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering and DevOps teams to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
• Conduct regular check‑ins and Quarterly Business Reviews, track client health and mitigate churn risks.
• Support renewal cycles and identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities across the DAZU ecosystem.
• Maintain clear documentation of onboarding plans, follow‑up actions and client interactions.

Required profile

• 3–6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Project Coordination.
• Background in SaaS, fintech, proptech or enterprise software environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational and follow‑up abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with SaaS platforms and API‑driven products.
• Familiarity with ATS, ERP, CRM, reconciliation and workflow tools.
