About the role
We are looking for English‑speaking Customer Support Representatives to handle client inquiries through chat and email channels. You will ensure a positive experience by providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email.
- Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a positive customer experience throughout interactions.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Required profile
- English proficiency at B1+ level.
- University degree or equivalent grades.
- Experience in customer‑facing roles is a plus.
- Based in Mohandessin/Imbaba (no transportation provided).

What we offer
- Net monthly salary of 12,370 EGP (10,370 base + 2,000 KPI bonus).
- Transportation allowance of 750 EGP.
