About the role
Valley Water is seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative to join its growing team in Egypt. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and professionally while supporting the company’s diverse beverage portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely, effective solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address customer issues efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or support.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
