About the role
We are seeking a proactive Customer Support professional to join Tamkeen’s team in Cairo. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive timely and effective assistance while using our product. You will collaborate with product and sales teams to deliver a seamless support experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Tamkeen’s product, including its features and workflows, to provide accurate guidance.
- Respond promptly and professionally to support tickets submitted by users.
- Conduct one‑on‑one support meetings to troubleshoot issues and answer questions.
- Onboard new clients, guiding them through initial setup, configuration, and best‑practice usage.
Required profile
- Patience and strong communication skills when interacting with users.
- Positive attitude; we value mindset above years of experience.
- Technical background is a significant advantage.
