Customs Officer

About the role

The Customs Officer will manage import and export customs procedures for kids fashion and accessories, ensuring compliance with regulations and smooth movement of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review customs declarations for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with customs authorities, brokers and logistics partners.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, clearances and related documentation.
• Collaborate with sourcing, manufacturing and customer service teams to guarantee timely delivery.
• Resolve clearance issues and support continuous improvement of customs processes.

Required profile

• Valid driving licence.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external partners.
• Knowledge of local and international trade regulations, tariffs and duty structures.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments, prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic logistics concepts.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Vocational training or degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business or a related field is beneficial.
