About the role
PepsiCo is seeking a Design Analyst to join its Global Design team in North Africa. The role focuses on brand and graphic design for the Beverage Group, supporting the creation of compelling visual assets that align with PepsiCo’s brand strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive brand design strategy and graphic design projects within the Beverage Group.
- Drive design thinking from ideation through concept development, refinement, and final execution.
- Produce high‑quality brand deliverables for both graphic and product applications.
- Collaborate closely with designers, brand teams, consumer insights, media, e‑commerce, and engineering teams.
Required profile
- Quick thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communicator able to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Well‑developed sense of form, proportion, colour and materials for graphic and product executions.
- Hands‑on attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
