Design Assistant Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Design Assistant Manager to lead the design, coordination and documentation of architectural projects across our development portfolio. The role will create high‑quality visual materials, masterplan models and marketing layouts that communicate project concepts from concept through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual, schematic and detailed design drawings for residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects.
• Manage consultants, review design and tender packages, and ensure consistency across all project phases.
• Coordinate all disciplines – Architecture, Structure, MEP, Landscape, Geotechnical and Master Planning.
• Provide technical support to the construction team and track design revisions.
• Develop presentation materials, marketing layouts and complete sales‑kit packages.
• Produce detailed masterplan renderings and 3D visuals illustrating urban layouts, landscape features and architectural components.
• Create design and visual studies to support concept development, massing and material exploration.
• Research materials, design standards and regulations to contribute to design reviews.
• Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions and coordination meetings, preparing minutes and follow‑up actions.
• Prepare and update architectural drawings, layouts and documentation for permits, approvals and design submissions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 10 years of relevant experience in architectural design, preferably within a real‑estate developer or consultancy.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, design documentation and coordination workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment.
