Digital Graphic Designer

About the role

Kashat is seeking a creative Digital Graphic Designer to craft eye‑catching visual concepts for paid advertising and performance‑marketing campaigns. You will translate product positioning and marketing strategy into designs that cut through busy newsfeeds and drive user acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Convert research, strategy and campaign briefs into striking, on‑brand visuals that inspire specific user actions.
• Collaborate closely with the strategic copywriter to deliver cohesive final content.
• Develop master visuals with strong aesthetic and emotional impact that are instantly recognizable as Kashat’s brand.
• Stay current with the latest art‑direction trends and incorporate them where appropriate.
• Self‑manage deliverables to meet deadlines while maintaining high design quality.
• Conduct A/B tests and optimise images, layouts, colours and typography for maximum impressions and click‑through rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in digital graphic design, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital ad and performance‑marketing work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects.
• Solid understanding of color theory, design principles and composition fundamentals.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and incorporate constructive feedback.
• Excellent attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple projects efficiently.
