District Sales Manager – Pharmaceutical

About the role

Master Pharma Egypt is seeking a motivated District Sales Manager to lead its pharmaceutical sales team in Alexandria. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies across the district.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed district targets.
• Lead, coach, and train a team of sales representatives, monitoring performance and providing regular feedback.
• Analyse market trends, forecast demand, and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and distribution partners.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a District Manager in CNS or Pediatric pharmaceuticals.
• Proven track record in sales management and team leadership within the healthcare sector.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and develop actionable strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
