Document Review Specialist – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Document Review Specialist to read, annotate and classify a wide range of real‑world documents. Your work will help train AI systems to understand news articles, research reports, forms and contracts. The position is fully remote and flexible, paid on an hourly basis.

Key responsibilities

• Read and annotate diverse documents, including articles, reports, forms and structured data.
• Classify document sections, identify key information and label important data points.
• Extract and tag entities such as names, dates, locations and relationships within text.
• Follow detailed annotation guidelines to ensure precision and consistency.
• Maintain high quality and accuracy across large document sets while working independently.

Required profile

• Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail.
• Methodical, systematic approach to high‑volume content.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• No prior legal, academic or document‑management background required.

Required skills

• Familiarity with annotation tools or content‑review platforms (preferred).
