Electrical Engineer – Quality Control

About the role

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for inspecting and testing electrical and lighting products to ensure they meet quality and safety specifications. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to maintain high standards throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and test electrical and lighting products for compliance with specifications.
• Perform basic electrical measurements and functional tests.
• Identify, document, and report product defects and non‑conformities.
• Prepare quality reports and analyse test results using Excel.
• Follow up on corrective actions and coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.
• Ensure products comply with applicable electrical and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Previous experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance or with electrical and lighting products is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals, circuits, and measurement techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and data sheets.
• Familiarity with relevant standards and specifications for electrical and lighting products.
