Electrical Quality Control Engineer

About the role

The Electrical Quality Control Engineer will lead the quality assurance activities for electrical products, ensuring that all incoming materials, sub‑assemblies, and finished goods meet customer specifications and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise QC staff in inspection and testing across the production cycle.
• Provide technical expertise to the QC team and evaluate performance, identifying training needs.
• Collaborate with the QC Manager to set annual quality objectives and interpret quality requirements for the organization.
• Interact with suppliers to improve conformity and manage statistical tools for product inspection data.
• Develop, document, and enforce inspection and test criteria for all production stages.
• Report analytical quality data (in‑ward, in‑process, final inspection) to the QC Manager.
• Oversee calibration programs, define calibration ranges and frequencies, and manage internal/external calibrations.
• Monitor quality‑related costs and drive continuous cost reduction.
• Support implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 environmental management systems.

Required profile

• BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related science.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control of electrical products.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Very good command of English and proficiency with MS‑Office applications.
