Electromechanical Site Supervision Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Site Supervision Engineer to ensure that all electromechanical (MEP) works are executed in line with project specifications, quality standards, and approved schedules. You will oversee on‑site activities, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and support the successful delivery of MEP systems throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor electromechanical (MEP) works on site to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to MEP works.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct site inspections, track progress, and verify timely completion of electromechanical activities.
• Validate the quality of installed systems and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities for MEP systems.
• Prepare site reports, document observations, and provide technical recommendations to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in electromechanical site supervision within construction, real estate, or development projects.
• Previous experience working with an engineering consultancy firm.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation practices, testing, and commissioning procedures.
• Experience reviewing shop drawings, technical submittals, and site documentation.
• Familiarity with project specifications, quality control procedures, and construction standards.
• Excellent coordination, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and work effectively under pressure.
