About the role

The English Telecommunication Billing Customer Service Representative will work on‑site in Cairo, handling both inbound and outbound calls related to telecom billing. The role focuses on clarifying charges, resolving disputes and ensuring a smooth payment experience for English‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries about billing statements and explain charges in clear English.
• Process billing adjustments, resolve disputes and guide customers through payment options.
• Document each interaction accurately in the CRM system and follow established procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while maintaining service quality.
• Adhere to compliance, quality and performance standards.

Required profile

• Strong English speaking and writing skills with active listening.
• Customer‑service mindset with empathy, problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Experience in teaching or training English to explain complex information.
• Translation ability to bridge communication gaps when needed.
• Attention to detail, numerical literacy and ability to interpret billing statements.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced contact‑center environment and meeting productivity targets.
• High school diploma required; post‑secondary education in communications or business is a plus.
