Enterprise Business Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise Business Development Representative to drive growth within large, complex accounts across B2B and B2C markets. The role is fully remote and focuses on building account‑based strategies, engaging senior decision‑makers, and creating qualified opportunities in long, consultative sales cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account‑based prospecting plans for enterprise‑level organizations.
• Research and map complex buying committees and stakeholder groups.
• Engage Director, VP, and C‑level executives through highly personalized outreach.
• Conduct in‑depth discovery to qualify strategic initiatives and use cases.
• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives on account planning and deal strategy.
• Generate high‑quality meetings that meet enterprise qualification standards.
• Maintain detailed account notes, opportunity context, and ensure CRM hygiene.

Required profile

• Proven experience prospecting or selling into enterprise‑level B2B and B2C organizations.
• Prior remote work experience with fluency in collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, etc.
• Experience working with US or UK‑based companies.
• Strong executive presence and business‑level communication skills.
• Ability to support complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
• Advanced CRM usage and disciplined pipeline management.
