About the role
The Enterprise Transformation Analyst will lead and coordinate technology, business and support projects from initiation through delivery. This position requires strong organisational abilities, leadership and communication to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute and monitor technology projects such as software development, infrastructure upgrades and system implementations.
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables and timelines.
- Manage business initiatives including process improvements, organisational changes and strategic programmes.
- Work with business units to translate goals into project plans, schedules and budgets.
- Oversee support projects aimed at enhancing customer service, operational efficiency and service quality.
- Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, resources and budgets.
- Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings, allocate resources and resolve conflicts.
- Track expenses and ensure financial compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
- 4‑5 years of experience managing technology, business and support projects.
- Proven leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
