About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join our team in New Cairo. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates eager to start a career in real estate sales. You will work closely with our experienced sales team, receive on‑the‑job training, and contribute to helping clients find their dream homes.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications with potential buyers.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service throughout the sales process.
- Present property offerings and negotiate terms.
- Participate in training programs and assist in onboarding new team members.
- Maintain sales records and support the sales manager in daily tasks.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Interest in sales and sales management.
- Training experience or relevant coursework.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
