About the role
The Export Operations Specialist – Freight Forwarding ensures the smooth and compliant movement of goods across international borders. You will coordinate documentation, liaise with partners, and uphold export regulations while meeting delivery timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage export documentation such as shipping declarations, booking confirmations, and final shipping declarations.
- Issue commercial invoices, Bills of Lading, and coordinate with clients, overseas agents, trucking companies, customs brokers, and relevant authorities.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding and export operations.
- Faculty of Commerce graduate (English or Customs Section) and resident of Alexandria, Egypt.
