Field Services Engineer

About the role

ECOTEL is seeking a motivated Field Services Engineer to join its Data Center Business Unit. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work on cutting‑edge cooling solutions for high‑performance data centers while developing hands‑on expertise in HVAC technology.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain HVAC and cooling equipment in data center environments.
• Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot faults, and execute corrective actions on site.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure system reliability and optimal performance.
• Document service activities, generate reports, and maintain accurate records of equipment status.
• Support emergency response and on‑call rotations as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience with HVAC systems; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of refrigeration cycles and HVAC fundamentals.
• Interest in data center cooling technologies and a willingness to work in field environments.
