Field Technician – Installation & Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Technician to install, maintain, and repair Cosmofun machines and related equipment at customer sites. The role involves ensuring all equipment operates safely and complies with quality and health‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, dismantle, calibrate, and set up Cosmofun and affiliate machines on‑site.
• Perform scheduled and emergency repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain detailed logs and submit reports in line with approved procedures.
• Coordinate with the RG workshop for off‑site repairs and parts replacement.
• Apply ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 quality and safety guidelines to all activities.

Required profile

• Technical degree in Electronics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with industrial machines, electronics, and electromechanics.
• Strong command of English and Arabic.
• Proactive, innovative, and able to work in diverse environments.

Required skills

• Electronics and electromechanical troubleshooting.
• Machine installation, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality management.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety.
