Financial Statement Manager

About the role

Join B.TECH as the Financial Statements Department Manager, responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the Group’s financial reporting across a multi‑branch retail network. You will lead the preparation of consolidated statements, manage vendor rebates, inventory valuation and BNPL financing, and ensure compliance with IFRS/EAS.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the group’s monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements for the board and audit committee.
• Oversee vendor rebates, inventory valuation, and installment/BNPL accounting.
• Manage consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and audit relationships.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CMA, ACCA, or SOCPA required.
• 8–12 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role and 5 years in audit.
• Background in retail, distribution, FMCG, or consumer sectors; multi‑branch retail experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of IFRS/EAS standards.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems.
• Expert-level Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and analysis.
