About the role
The Forklift Operator will support IKEA’s Customer Fulfilment department by safely handling goods, ensuring accurate receiving, and preparing orders for store allocation. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse flow and up‑holding IKEA’s health, safety and security standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute receiving processes safely and accurately to maximise efficiency.
- Prepare and pick warehouse orders for store allocation.
- Maintain inventory data integrity and support product availability.
- Perform warehouse and administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Adhere to IKEA health, safety and security policies.
- Assist colleagues across the department and other store areas as needed.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures and retail/logistics processes.
- Familiarity with IKEA brand values and organisational structure.
- Valid forklift driver’s licence.
