Full Stack Web Developer – HubSpot CMS (Cairo)

About the role

We are redesigning our corporate website and need an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to lead the technical build on HubSpot CMS. The role is contract‑based, based in Cairo, and will work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to turn Figma designs into a fast, scalable, and SEO‑friendly site.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of the HubSpot website (development, QA, launch).
• Convert Figma mock‑ups into clean, responsive HTML, CSS/SCSS and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Build reusable HubL modules, templates and themes, implementing dynamic content, smart rules and personalization.
• Integrate third‑party tools such as CRM, forms, analytics and event tracking.
• Set up technical SEO structures (URLs, schema, redirects) and optimise for Core Web Vitals.
• Manage staging, QA and deployment processes with minimal oversight.
• Support migration of structured content from the existing site and resolve post‑launch issues.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of full‑stack web development experience.
• Proven track record delivering complete HubSpot CMS websites.
• Strong front‑end skills (HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript) and solid back‑end understanding.
• Ability to work independently, move quickly and maintain high QA standards.

Required skills

• HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+).
• HubL, custom HubSpot modules and themes.
• Experience with React and/or Next.js (preferred).
• Node.js for backend integrations or middleware.
• Tailwind CSS or similar modern CSS tooling.
• PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases.
• Figma for translating design specifications.
• AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Codex, Claude Code, Cursor) – optional but valued.
