About the role
Rameda is seeking a seasoned General Ledger Supervisor to oversee and ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions. The role involves safeguarding the company’s financial rights through rigorous monitoring, compliance, and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor, record, and verify all financial transactions to protect company assets.
- Control money defalcation, manage costs, and enforce legal and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure expenses are disbursed according to standard operating procedures.
- Oversee cash custody turnover for each staff member.
- Test the arithmetic accuracy of accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Manage employee loans, custody, and advances.
- Guarantee that all expenses and invoices are recognized within stipulated deadlines.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 7‑10 years of experience in General Ledger and Accounts Payable functions.
- Strong command of English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Oracle financial systems.
