About the role
Join Mastercard’s Global Markets Graduate Launch Program in Cairo, starting September 2027. Over an 18‑month period you’ll rotate through two nine‑month assignments, gaining hands‑on experience in sales, business development, product management and solutions while building a commercial mindset.
Key responsibilities
- Develop strategic sales plans and deliver consultative, solution‑selling engagements.
- Provide product expertise and leverage Mastercard integrated solutions to drive revenue.
- Set sales strategies aligned with geographic objectives and identify new sales leads.
- Supply market intelligence to product developers and managers.
- Coordinate project status, financials, schedules and ensure implementation within budget.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, graduating Spring 2027.
- Available to start on 1 September 2027.
- Proven leadership experience in work or extracurricular activities.
- Eagerness to learn quickly through structured training and organic development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
