Grower Support Representative

About the role

Fall Creek is looking for a Grower Support Representative to join its global team in Cairo, Egypt. The role is front‑line, providing technical product support and sales execution for commercial customers in the blueberry sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from plant ordering to delivery.
• Provide on‑site technical assistance, including pre‑plant preparation, variety selection and post‑plant cultural care.
• Identify and develop new accounts within the assigned territory.
• Support licensees with product advice and facilitate plant orders.
• Record all activities, opportunities and customer interactions in Fall Creek’s CRM.
• Supply market and competitor intelligence to management.
• Collaborate with the Global Commercial Team on horticultural and commercial issues.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused mindset with a servant‑leadership attitude.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight and occasional international trips.
• Ability to work in office, farm and nursery environments.

Required skills

• Technical product support for horticultural products.
• Experience with CRM systems for sales tracking.
• On‑site plant evaluation and cultural care expertise.
• Knowledge of variety selection and pre‑plant preparation.
