Guest Experience Associate

About the role

The Guest Experience Associate will be the first point of contact for visitors at Nesty Hospitality’s short‑term rental property in Cairo. Working full‑time on‑site, you will ensure a seamless and memorable stay by handling all front‑desk operations and supporting the daily workflow of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Answer guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Handle reservations, bookings and related documentation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to prepare rooms and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and property status.
• Support smooth daily operations and uphold Nesty Hospitality’s guest‑first standards.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Customer‑service mindset with experience in hospitality or front‑desk roles.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and pay attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer systems.
• Experience using reservation or property‑management software.
