HR Manager / HR Generalist (Full‑time, On‑site)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on HR Manager or HR Generalist to own the full spectrum of human resources activities for our New Cairo office. You will be responsible for everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, compliance, and HR reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and hiring processes.
• Oversee onboarding, probation monitoring, and offboarding.
• Handle personnel administration, employee file management, and HR documentation.
• Administer attendance, leave, and disciplinary procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and internal policies.
• Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts.
• Develop and maintain HR systems, reporting tools, and dashboards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably as a Generalist or Manager.
• Background in companies with 50+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations beyond recruitment.
• Good understanding of Egyptian labor law and HR documentation.
• Experience in personnel administration and employee file management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle conflicts and enforce policies.
• Hands‑on, structured, and detail‑oriented attitude.
