About the role
Khairia Restaurants is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop its people strategy as the brand continues to expand across Egypt.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for all restaurant locations.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure compliance with Egyptian labor regulations.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Build and support high‑performing teams across multiple branches.
- Develop and implement HR best practices aligned with the hospitality sector.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, preferably in Oriental (Egyptian) restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to lead, communicate effectively, and organise HR initiatives.
