About the role

Deel is looking for an Agent Operations HR Experience to join its newly built global HR team. The role supports urgent, time‑sensitive HR requests across multiple regions, works closely with regional HR teams, and leverages AI‑powered automation to deliver fast, accurate support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational HR support for requests across multiple regions and time zones.
• Manage and execute global HR operational tasks throughout the employee life‑cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
• Support the HR hotline and handle urgent HR operational issues.
• Offer temporary backup coverage for country‑specific HR operations when required.
• Utilise AI and automation tools to streamline processes and improve response times.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operations or a similar support function.
• Ability to work across diverse regions and time zones.
• Comfortable handling urgent, time‑sensitive HR requests.
• Experience applying AI solutions to real operational problems.
