HR Personnel Team Leader

About the role

The HR Personnel Team Leader will oversee all human resources functions for our factory in Borg El Arab, ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor regulations and supporting a smooth operational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records, including personal documents, qualifications, and military service status.
• Serve as the primary liaison with local labor offices, social insurance, and medical insurance authorities.
• Draft, renew, and terminate employment contracts in accordance with local labor law.
• Supervise daily attendance tracking, fingerprint logs, leave approvals, and absenteeism monitoring for both office and floor staff.
• Validate payroll inputs such as overtime, deductions, unpaid leaves, penalties, and statutory contributions before forwarding to finance.
• Manage off‑boarding processes, calculate final settlements, and handle social insurance cancellations and clearances.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience in corporate or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and government relations.
• Proven ability to manage employee records, contracts, payroll, and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
