Senior Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant

About the role

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is looking for a highly skilled Senior Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant to join our on‑site team in Cairo. You will lead the implementation and maintenance of Oracle HCM Fusion solutions for a variety of clients, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle implementation of Oracle HCM Fusion, including configuration, testing, deployment and post‑go‑live support.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide expert advice on best practices for HCM processes.
• Perform system upgrades, enhancements and troubleshooting to maintain optimal functionality.
• Deliver training and support to end users on Oracle HCM Fusion modules.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best‑practice methodologies.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Fusion solutions.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
