About the role
The HR Specialist will handle a wide range of human resources functions, maintain strong client relationships, and implement transformational HR strategies and solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit candidates for assigned roles.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and manage the exit process for resigning staff.
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions.
- Develop and implement onboarding plans for new hires.
- Manage employee relations and handle disciplinary actions and investigations.
- Administer staff benefits, including medical insurance updates and queries.
- Provide dedicated HR advisory services to employees.
- Deliver training programmes and perform gap analysis.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor law.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Fluent English – written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving and client‑focused mindset.
