Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for our mill and support functions in Sadat City, Egypt. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on sourcing, assessing, and onboarding talent while ensuring a fair and inclusive process.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and create accurate job postings.
• Source candidates, screen resumes, conduct structured and competency‑based interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, keep recruitment records, and produce regular hiring reports.
• Support onboarding and initial training activities for new hires.
• Promote the employer brand, improve recruitment practices, and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, local labor laws, and ethical recruitment standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work on‑site in Egypt and collaborate closely with operations and HR teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
