Human Resources Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join Globaltize’s fast‑growing staffing division. This fully remote position will oversee onboarding, employee support, and HR processes for international talent placed with clients across the US, Canada and Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard newly hired employees and set clear expectations for client assignments.
• Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to help employees succeed.
• Create and manage 30‑, 60‑, and 90‑day performance plans.
• Monitor performance, attendance, engagement, and time tracking.
• Maintain employee records, changes, resignations, and off‑boarding details in HubSpot and other systems.
• Coordinate with accounting and payroll on hours, pay adjustments, bonuses, and reimbursements.
• Work with hiring managers and clients to address concerns and resolve performance issues.
• Conduct regular employee check‑ins and communicate key HR updates.
• Continuously improve onboarding, employee management, and HR processes as the division scales.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, employee relations, onboarding, or people operations.
• Background in recruitment or staffing agencies, preferably within BPO environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a remote work setting.
• Passionate about supporting employees and enhancing performance.
• Accountable with a “figure it out” mindset suitable for a startup.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR, time‑tracking, payroll, ATS, CRM, and employee management systems.
• Hands‑on experience using HubSpot.
