ICT Solutions Marketing Lead

About the role

Lead the execution of industry‑based digital transformation plans at Vodafone, integrating market studies, global benchmarks, and our extensive solution portfolio. You will use deep customer insights to shape the design, pricing and development of business products and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of digital transformation initiatives, combining market research and global best practices.
• Design Go‑to‑Market plans for products and solutions, defining communication and engagement strategies to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, marketing and customer service teams to ensure alignment and successful rollout.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and customer feedback to continuously refine strategies.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct customer visits to VF Enterprise customers in the Innovation Lab, delivering live demos of the solution portfolio.
• Plan and promote events in line with the overall B2B marketing strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (Master’s a plus).
• 5‑6 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, GTM strategy or digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of telecom, ICT or technology solutions.
• Proficiency with data‑driven marketing tools, CRM and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
