About the role
Alaan, the Middle East’s first AI‑powered spend management platform, is seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to join its growing sales team. This remote role focuses on engaging and qualifying inbound leads, uncovering customer pain points, and guiding prospects toward a qualified opportunity.
Key responsibilities
- Engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, events, and website inquiries.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and buying intent.
- Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives, ensuring a smooth handoff.
- Maintain consistent follow‑up via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Track leads and activities accurately in Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Required profile
- 1‑4 years of experience in B2B SaaS/Tech sales, customer‑facing roles, or inbound SDR environments.
- Strong communication and listening skills with a consultative approach.
- Highly organized, process‑oriented, and disciplined in follow‑up.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
Required skills
- Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
