About the role

The Insurance Agency Team Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Al Manşūrah. The position oversees daily operations of the insurance agency team, managing workloads, setting priorities, and ensuring service quality while complying with internal policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the insurance agency team, including workload distribution and priority setting.
• Ensure service quality and compliance with internal policies and Egyptian regulations.
• Lead, coach, and support team members to achieve sales and customer‑service targets.
• Monitor performance, conduct regular feedback sessions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate insurance and finance‑related activities and resolve escalated customer issues.
• Support client onboarding, policy administration, and cross‑departmental process optimisation.
• Report on key performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive initiatives that enhance efficiency, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in finance and insurance with solid understanding of insurance products and agency operations.
• Demonstrated team‑management experience, including performance oversight, coaching, and development.
• Proven customer‑service skills with a focus on issue resolution and high client satisfaction.
• Track record in sales, meeting targets and supporting revenue‑growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross‑department collaboration.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills with attention to documentation and reporting accuracy.
• Experience in insurance or financial services, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Comfort working on‑site in Al Manşūrah and adapting to evolving market needs.
