About the role
MetLife is seeking a full‑time Insurance Agent to join its Alexandria office. You will identify customers' insurance needs, sell appropriate policies, and deliver exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Sell insurance policies and achieve sales targets.
- Provide clear explanations of policy options and coverage details.
- Maintain strong, trust‑based relationships through outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop financial strategies that align with client objectives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services (advantageous).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to adapt to evolving market trends.
Required skills
- Proficiency in insurance sales.
- Understanding of insurance brokerage and basic finance concepts.
