Insurance Sales Representative (Hybrid)

About the role

The Insurance Sales Representative will work in a hybrid setting from our Heliopolis office and remotely, identifying and engaging prospective clients for MetLife Investment Management. You will match customers’ needs with appropriate insurance solutions and guide them through the application and onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments, explain product features and coverage options, and prepare quotations for prospective clients.
• Identify and engage new prospects, present tailored insurance solutions, and support them through the application process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate policy issuance and ongoing servicing.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing responsive support, conducting policy reviews, and following up on renewals.
• Achieve sales and service targets while complying with regulatory requirements and MetLife’s ethical standards.

Required profile

• Proven proficiency in insurance sales, brokerage, and health insurance, with the ability to match client needs to suitable products.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of insurance regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and manage time independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
