Insurance Sales Representative

About the role

MetLife Egypt is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join its on‑site team in Markaz Sohag. You will promote life, accident, health and retirement insurance solutions, guiding customers through product selection and policy enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers in the local market.
• Present MetLife’s insurance portfolio and tailor proposals to client needs.
• Conduct sales meetings, follow up on leads, and manage the full sales cycle.
• Answer customer inquiries, maintain relationships, and ensure policy renewals.
• Prepare quotes and proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and company sales standards.

Required profile

• Strong sales orientation with a proven ability to meet targets.
• Solid understanding of insurance products and brokerage practices.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset and interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Markaz Sohag and engage with the local market.
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Basic competence in using digital sales tools.
