IT Deployment Assistant (Remote, Egypt)

About the role

The IT Deployment Assistant supports the Deployment Manager by tracking and coordinating software deployment requests across multiple teams. This is a temporary, work‑from‑home position based in Egypt, offering a six‑month fixed‑term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Record and monitor deployment requests received by the Deployment Team.
• Ensure each request is fulfilled and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Alert the System Team to act on requests and track them to closure.
• Conduct post‑production testing before deployments to prospects and customers.
• Update tracking systems and monitor environment expirations and releases.
• Perform health checks, core function testing, and bulk testing of deployed environments.
• Provide general administrative support to assigned projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Flexible and willing to handle various administrative tasks.
• Excellent time‑management, organization, and coordination abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and able to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision and available for overtime when needed.
