About the role
We are looking for an IT Help Desk Specialist to manage and maintain our company’s network infrastructure across all branches, ensuring reliable connectivity and security.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain LAN and WAN network infrastructure for the company and its branches.
- Design and implement network security and traffic management strategies.
- Administer the company’s hotline system, including platforms such as Avaya and Twilio.
- Provide operational support for network and security equipment across all locations.
- Manage relationships with telecom providers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
Required skills

- Routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Avaya hotline system.
